Overview:
WebStat is a web based communicating thermostat system based upon the T7350H LonWorks communicating thermostat.
WebStat allows a network of T7350H’s to be accessed via the internet from anywhere in the world. It fills the growing need for simple, low cost web based HVAC automation and it is applicable to customers of all sizes.
Upgrading from standalone thermostats to communicating thermostats will increase energy savings and can provide customers with a fast return on their investment by allowing increased scheduling abilities and remote access for service contractors and end users.
By combining programming, commissioning and graphics into a single plug and play tool, WebStat speeds up engineering, eliminates installation problems and lowers installation cost. Moreover, WebStat lets the user track everything from temperature and humidity to discharge and outdoor air temperatures.
Alarms can also be set to notify designated personnel in the event of an unwanted change. Additionally, WebStat saves installation time by self discovering all the thermostats on the network and wiring diagrams reduces sensors installations and wiring errors. Floor plan graphics makes it easy to pull up the thermostats locations and attributes on the screen.
WebStat users can be assigned privileges so they only have access to the features and parameters of their particular thermostat.
