V4055/V4062/V9055 Fluid Power Actuators with manufacturing date codes 9744 through 9841.
In a letter dated November 10, 1998, Honewell notified their customers on a recall on V4055/V4062/V9055 Fluid Power Actuators with manufacturing date code of 9744 thorough 9841. These actuators may have a manufacturing defect which can cause a safety issue. If you have an actuator in this date code range, please contact your local Flame Safeguard Distributor, Original Equipment Manufacturer or call Honeywell at 763.954.6606.
