V4055/V4062/V9055 Fluid Power Actuators with manufacturing date codes 9744 through 9841.
In a letter dated November 10, 1998, Honeywell notified their customers of a recall on V4055/V4062/V9055 Fluid Power Actuators with manufacturing date codes of 9744 through 9841. These actuators may have a manufacturing defect which can cause a safety issue.
