When you are starting a Warranty Return you will always what to start with the Customer Reference Number. This could be the PO number that you used to order the product or it could be the number you use for your shipping location.
If you have started a return and were disconnected, or choose not to finish your return at one time, you can use your Web ID Number. This number was assigned to your return after you entered the first item. It is listed at the top of the Product Entry Page or the Summary page. If you enter the Web ID Number you will be taken directly to the summary page to complete your return.
