This information for Order Status is now real-time. When we upgraded the site, we created a direct connection with the Honeywell ordering system. Any orders that have been processes through the system will be reflected in Order Status. Please remember that the orders placed on the web site are entered into the Honeywell ordering system each hour, so an order you just placed on the web site will not be reflected in Order Status for approximately two hours.
