To find product and technical information click on Products or Product Search from the top menu.
If you know exactly which product or model you want you can enter the product (OS number) or model number in the Catalog Search box. Then click on Search under the text box. All of the products that have that number will be displayed in the search results.
If you are looking for a phrase or word, you can also use the Catalog Search box. Type the word or words into the box and click on Search. If you want to match any of the words you have choose, just list them all in the box. If you need to match both or all of the words you choose, you will need to put the word "and" (without the quotes) between each word. If you want to match a complete phrase you must put the double quotes (") at the beginning and end of the phrase. The search results will be a list of products or products groups which match the word(s) you entered. These hints will help you increase or decrease your search results as you desire.
If you don't know the product number, but need a product that meets certain specifications, you can search for the product through the Parametric Search. Select the type of product from the list in the drop down box. Then click on the gray arrow to the right to display the lists of specifications to choose. Select the product specifications to meet your need and click on Search. The search results will be a list of products which meet those specification. If you do not find a satisfactory product, click on the back button at the top of the browser and refine your search.
If you usually order or find the Honeywell products using product numbers specific for your company, you must login to the site, then go to Product Search. Enter your product number in the Product Reference Search box. The corresponding Honeywell product will be listed in the search results.
You can also choose to browse through the product catalog. You would begin be selecting whether you want a product for a Home or residential setting or for a Building or commercial setting. From there you can browse down the various categories checking the Related Information or choosing to compare models or products.
To find Product Literature
The literature for each product can be found two different ways. You can find the literature using the Literature Resources box on the right hand part of the screen. Select the Document Type from the choices of All Literature, Photos, Line Art, Owner's Manuals or All Files. Next, choose what you want to Search By from the drop down list including Model (or OS number), Number (of the literature or art work), Description (the title of the literature or art work) or a Full Text search for the literature. Click on the arrow next to the text box and the literature or artwork will be displayed in the search results.
You can also find the literature and artwork for a product at the bottom of the product detail page. Search for the product and then select the literature or art work from the list at the bottom of the screen. Choose which PDF or image you wish to download and click on Download.
